Your order is not final until we confirm that we have accepted it, and payment must be fully processed and received before an order is accepted.

Please review your selections carefully before submitting. Because orders move into production quickly, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we modify, decline, or cancel an order, we will do our best to reach you using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided at the time of purchase.

All purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that your purchases are for personal use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect the moment your order is placed, which will be shown in your confirmation email. Unless we state otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or international customs fees.

Prices posted here may differ from prices offered in physical stores or through third parties. From time to time we may run promotions governed by their own terms. If a promotion's terms ever conflict with these standard Terms, the promotion's terms will apply.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account details for all transactions. Please keep your account information up to date, including your email address, card numbers, and expiration dates, so we can complete your orders and reach you if we need to.

Once we hand your order over to the carrier, the title and the risk of loss pass to you.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your transactions with us.

You and Thornwood consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
