RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every tee leaves here made to last, and we hope it ends up in your regular rotation (and stolen back from your own laundry pile). But life happens, and sometimes a return is the right call. Here's how we handle it.
THE 30-DAY WINDOW
You have 30 days from the day your package is delivered to request a return. After that, the tee is yours to keep for good.
To be eligible, the item needs to come back the way it left us:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
- With your original receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Please do not send anything back before reaching out to us. Unannounced packages will be turned away at the door, and nobody wants that kind of drama.
- First, email us at hello@feralmotherclub.store to request your return.
- If we approve it, we'll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on where to send the package.
Any questions about the process? Write to us at hello@feralmotherclub.store and a real human from the Club will answer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Give your order a look the moment it arrives. If something shows up defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, let us know right away with your order number and a photo. We'll look into it and make it right. You have our word on that.
WHAT WE CAN'T ACCEPT
A few things are final sale and can't be returned:
- Sale items, clearance pieces, and digital gift cards.
- Anything worn, washed, or loved a little too hard.

EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or a different design, the quickest route is to return your current tee using the steps above. Once your return is processed and approved, go ahead and place a new order for the one you want.
FOR ORDERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
If your order was delivered to the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed.
The usual conditions still apply: the item must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return makes it back to us, we'll give it a careful inspection and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved: The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- A note on timing: Banks and card companies move at their own pace, so it may take a little extra time to show up on your statement.
If 15 business days have gone by since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, contact us at hello@feralmotherclub.store and we'll track it down.
